“Where do I begin? Let’s first start with Mr. Tray and Mr. Evan… while collecting multiple estimates— post being badly burned by an unlicensed contractor, I meet these divine two. They not only uncovered hail damage— that I was utterly unaware of— they also showed up time-and-time again to ensure my project was approached with utmost integrity. While I ultimately proceeded with a GC due to the unlicensed contractor’s crashing (amid a wind storm) /becoming an urgent safety hazard, I can’t express my gratitude enough for this company. They truly live up to their name, which is rare. Thank you beyond words, you truly walk the talk. Exceptional hiring!

“The crew at Pinnacle Roofing, Springdale, are absolutely fantastic. When a series of tornados and hailstorms came through the area and wrecked our house, they absolutely went above and beyond to get everything repaired and good as new. In total we contracted them for: all new roof, 3/4ths of the house new siding, a new window, and a new door.

The repair crews were quick and clean; you couldn't even tell there had been any work done by the time they finished, everything was pristine and our yard was completely cleaned from debris. The people in the main office, sales team, and project management team all were incredibly kind and responsive ; and were always happy to field our questions and concerns.

All in all, Pinnacle made things EASY. This was our first home, and our first time needing repairs of this scale ; and they took all that stress away and I can't thank them enough.“

“Even though their minimum was higher than the insurance check for my damaged fence, Sam was willing to have the work done for that lower price and able to get someone out the next day and get it taken care of. When there was some miscommunication about haul off, Sam personally came the following day to remove the damaged materials himself.
