Dalton Scales was a very kind young man. He explained everything thing to me regarding our system and it's age, even though I'm not an electronics person he was very patient with my questions. I would recommend him and Anderson Air to anyone.
Saul came out and diagnosed the issue with my A/C unit. He was polite and very educated on all things HVAC and tool tome to explain the issue and how to resolve it. He also showed me the readings for the failed part so no worries about spending money for unneeded repairs. I would definitely use this company again and would request Saul specifically.
Chris is always on time and courteous. He is very thorough with his inspections and explains everything and takes pictures to show you what he is talking about!

I forgot to have my two intake duct filters changed out! They are in the ceiling.He explained to me how to work my thermostat and he checked heater. 5-10 minutes
