Dalton Scales was a very kind young man. He explained everything thing to me regarding our system and it's age, even though I'm not an electronics person he was very patient with my questions. I would recommend him and Anderson Air to anyone.
Saul came out and diagnosed the issue with my A/C unit. He was polite and very educated on all things HVAC and tool tome to explain the issue and how to resolve it. He also showed me the readings for the failed part so no worries about spending money for unneeded repairs. I would definitely use this company again and would request Saul specifically.
Anderson Air just (June 2025) two mini-splits. They sent a crew of four installers who performed quickly and efficiently, were great to work with and made sure we were educated in operation and satisfied with their work. Definitely recommended.
