Extremely unprofessional when it comes to communicating. Enrollment specialist consistently told me my son would start this August in their preschool program for months. I have email correspondence dating months ago. All the sudden a week before school starts they have a “horribly long wait list” from what I’ve been told after countless tries to push through insurance that it’s the insurance companies fault. Coming from a mother of a disabled child and not knowing anything about this.. it’s frustrating when you get no answers were given and us as the parents have no control.
