I needed a zipper replaced in a jacket that is no longer manufacturer and the alteration was so good you would think the replacement zipper was the original. However the replacement zipper that Kim's used was definitely of a lot higher quality than the original zipper. 5 stars just doesn't seem enough add a few more stars to my testimonial.“

“Took a gown in to be altered within 5 days. It was completed and fit perfectly. The plan was to cut about a foot off the bottom and to make a key hole back however she found additional fabric inside the dress and did not have to alter the original zipper to a different style. It was a little surprising when I picked it up bc that's what I was preparing for in my mind but it fit and I was happy with it overall. I paid $215 total.“
