“If you are looking for professional, timely, and high quality service then you have picked the right place - Kim's Alterations. I needed a zipper replaced in a jacket that is no longer manufacturer and the alteration was so good you would think the replacement zipper was the original. However the replacement zipper that Kim's used was definitely of a lot higher quality than the original zipper. 5 stars just doesn't seem enough add a few more stars to my testimonial.“
