Seaton Heat & Air did an excellent job for us from start to finish. The entire team was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about the quality of their work. What really stood out was the owner, Chris, personally showing up four or five times throughout the day to check on the team and make sure everything was being handled appropriately.
The crew worked late into the night to ensure everything was flawless, and Chris even texted later that evening to confirm we were satisfied and comfortable. That level of service is rare these days, and it gave us complete peace of mind.

I'd give John 10 stars if I could!
My AC went out after hours and John came to the rescue VERY quickly. I'd almost decided to abandon ship and stay in a hotel for the night, but John was able to troubleshoot the problem (in the dark) and get the unit back in working order promptly.
He was very thorough, and instead of leaving as soon as he'd saved the day and gotten the fan operational, he continued to double-check several other areas to ensure I wouldn't have any additional problems and didn't leave until the house was back to an ideal temperature.
He's definitely the hero of the day and I can't speak highly enough!
We were very satisfied with Drew on installing our new ductwork , he did a great job and was able to answer all our questions and also finished as promised . I highly recommend him to anyone who is having any ductwork problems , I give Drew a five star performance , Thank you so much , Great job Drew .
