“I have had a termite policy with them since 2007. I only have had yearly inspections done each year up until March of 2026. In March I found termites in my home and called Critter Getters right away. They had a tech out to my home in just a couple hours to treat the area. Tech used a foam spray to go into the baseboards and trim to treat the termites. I was setup with a follow up appointment a week later to inspect and repair the damaged area. A contactor came out and removed, replaced, and even painted the bad trim pieces and made it look like new. Repairs were done in only 2 hours of time, this guy was very experienced. Luckily this was caught and treated early before more damage was done. The same day the repair was done the entire house outside was retreated with a very effective state of the art Termidor HP II treatment system.
The entire process from start to finish was explained by the staff in great detail and gave me reassurance when I was freaking out over this. The techs were all professional and the contractor who did the repair was top notch. The termite contract I have took care of all the costs involved! Critter Getters was there when I needed them and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them for your termite protection. Thank you!“
