Being a 20+Yr. customer we can assure you these folks are top notch bc they hire and train techs to be qualified and professional. Ralph and April run a seamless operation from their office to the site delivery. If you got some critters bugging you, they are your 'getters' for sure!
I have had a termite policy with them since 2007. I only have had yearly inspections done each year up until March of 2026. In March I found termites in my home and called Critter Getters right away. They had a tech out to my home in just a couple hours to treat the area. Tech used a foam spray to go into the baseboards and trim to treat the termites. I was setup with a follow up appointment a week later to inspect and repair the damaged area. A contactor came out and removed, replaced, and even painted the bad trim pieces and made it look like new. Repairs were done in only 2 hours of time, this guy was very experienced.
