Got to shoutout Nathan. We have a newborn (4 months) and Over the weekend my AC started to pump hot air (85 degrees). We scrambled to calling hotels or get a window unit. I called at 1:50 pm on a Saturday not expecting a response. Within 20 minutes Nathan called and let me know he would make it to me the same day. He had 5 calls in front of me, but he was going to make it by 5:00 pm, and he was on time. Nathan made sure to do a complete rundown on the problem and explained what might be causing the issues. A heating coil was failing, he turned it off and let me know he would be calling for a replacement over the next week.
