Jez has been so helpful, I explained to them that I had to have my treadmill for health reasons and they where so helpful and that lady in the office Fonda was quick and got me in contact with the service man and he fixed my treadmill and I'm back in business within a week.

He even contacted me when he was 15-20 minutes away. All of his interactions with me were unsolicited and extremely welcoming. He was prompt, considerate and extremely knowledgeable answering my every question without making me feel like I was bothering him. I would highly recommend this company.

From my initial inquiry to making a final decision, Cindy was amazing. What started off as emails, turned into multiple phone conversations. I was leary of online purchasing, as I had never done it before but she made it very easy. Exceeded my expectations! She literally took the initiative and researched different items that we had discussed on her own and sent them to me.
