Being a 20+Yr. customer we can assure you these folks are top notch bc they hire and train techs to be qualified and professional. Ralph and April run a seamless operation from their office to the site delivery. If you got some critters bugging you, they are your 'getters' for sure!
We had our house sprayed for bugs this morning. Caleb, the young man that did the service, called to let me know he was running a little EARLY and that he would get started on the outside until I got home. I expressed some concerns we had with ants and he explained everything he did on the outside as well as a thorough spraying on the inside of the house. He was polite, careful with the chemicals not to spray them all over the walls and furniture. Very happy with our service today!
Switched to Critter Getters after a year with another company who never fully addressed my complaints and always seemed to be in a huge rush. I have received wonderful and THOROUGH service and the treatment for my yard has helped my puppies not be so itchy. My technician has been top notch and very friendly.
