My experience with Searcy heat and air was exemplary. From talking with the office personnel all the way to finish. My air conditioner had stopped blowing cold air is the reason I had called. The two men who came to my home were very knowledgeable. They explained everything to me as they were doing it with reasons why they were doing it. Ultimately it ended up being a leak in the coil. Luckily the coil was under warranty and we just had to pay labor and freon. They cleaned up everything and left it the way they found it. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism.

Had Dakota replace the coil on my unit. Mike, Jacob and Dakota were very professional. They were knowledgeable and explained the process. Checked the rest of our system and had it resolved in a timely manner. I recommend them for anyone's service. Thank you gentlemen for your work.

These guys are perfect! We had Dakota our main tech and Jacob and Mike as well. Dakota went above and beyond explaining to us everything with our ac unit. They came out same day and had it completely done next day with new parts! The boss man WWE spoke to i didn't catch the name but he also went above and beyond to help us with our unit and warranty. I highly recommend to keep your ac or heat top notch!!!
