Another customer in the middle of nowhere was reached in less than an hour of calling. The response was amazing, even on a holiday like Fourth of July. Roto-Rooter did an excellent job fixing the leak I had in my waterline in the slab of my house. From the initial visit with Taylor who recommended the leak detection service which turned out to be a great choice. To Gary and Chris coming out promptly the next day and finding the leak. Then Mike came out and gave me a quote so there were no surprises in the final bill. And then Eric and his crew coming out the next day and fixing the issue in one day! I had an excellent experience and they were very professional at every step in the process. Thank you to everyone involved!!
Couldn’t be happier. On Fourth of July we noticed a water leak. The next day after we called Toto Router, we had an agent assessing the damage, getting the workmen out to begin finding where the problem was. It was amazing the response we received.
