PrimeCARE Medical Clinic is a family practice clinic in Central Arkansas that provides convenient, quality primary care. The staff serves new and established patients in every stage of life, offering annual wellness visits and urgent, non-life threatening medical care. With locations in Searcy, Conway, and North Little Rock, the clinic is open 7 days a week. Patients appreciate the kind and attentive staff, as well as the straightforward approach of the doctors. Dr. Marshall is noted for going above and beyond for his patients. He has rushed in on his day off to help with urgent needs, such as orthopedic steroid shots. Patients feel like they are treated like family rather than just a number. In some cases, the doctor himself has reached out personally to explain test results and guide patients in their health care journey. While some have experienced issues with insurance coverage, the clinic continues to strive to nurture the health of the community through a holistic approach to healthcare.
I want to highly recommend PrimeCare. I got very sick and had to go in the day before Thanksgiving. I found out that I had pneumonia. The staff, including Dr. Washington, who was at home cooking her Thanksgiving meal and communicated via Facetime, worked very hard to get my oxygen level up so I could stay out of the hospital. I am so thankful for their very thorough care of me. I was able to go home and avoid an ER visit on Thanksgiving Day. Thank you, PrimeCare!
I have been taking my daughter here for about 2 or 3 years now as PCP. We are always taken care of appropriately. This mamas concerns are always listened to and addressed. The staff (front and back) are always helpful, kind, & attentive. Everything is always explained in depth for good understanding. When we’ve needed to be seen as a walk in, we’ve been quickly seen and treated accordingly. My kiddo has loved every APRN that has seen her. Thank you PrimeCare of Searcy for everything!!!!
I have seen most of the staff at primecare for one reason or another. All of the MD, PA, NP, nurses, and techs are so kind and helpful. The receptionists are great. They are accommodating and always willing to listen. Every single one of them truly cares about their patients. 12/10 would recommend.
