I visited ARcare on April 10th 2026 around 1:30pm to drop off a medical sample. As I was leaving, I overheard the front desk receptionist make a gagging noise in response to the situation.

This did not seem like an involuntary reaction, but rather a deliberate attempt at humor, which came across as immature and unprofessional.

This felt inappropriate, especially in a healthcare setting where patients may already feel uncomfortable. I hope staff are reminded to maintain professionalism and treat patients with respect and discretion.“
