Charity failed to represent me fairly. Her client, the seller,was a relative to her and kept hidden from us. Everything seemed to go well until it was time to close. Things weren't cleaned or fixed. We had unprofessional angry text sent to us threatening to sue us for not closing in this condition. I would never recommend her to any future home buyer.
