I visited ARcare on April 10th 2026 around 1:30pm to drop off a medical sample. As I was leaving, I overheard the front desk receptionist make a gagging noise in response to the situation.
This did not seem like an involuntary reaction, but rather a deliberate attempt at humor, which came across as immature and unprofessional.

Dr Robertson is on top of helping me with drug reactions and getting me to an endocrinologist. He took me serious, fast acting insulin paralyzed me and I had to have verithena procedure on my legs.

I have been going here for many years now. I tried to switch physicians and ended up coming back a few months later and I am so glad that I decided to. Everyone in the staff is very sympathetic and caring and go out of their way to make you feel seen, heard and helped. I cannot tell this entire team, down to their receptionist.. Trish.. how much I appreciate them and feel cared for here.
