Shinns was very compassionate and professional at the same time. Anytime we had a question or need they were there supporting us. I would recommend them to any family that is going through a loss. As far as COVID, they reviewed the normal guidelines for safety precautions, but were never pushy or rude in any way as far as how to approach social distancing for our own family. They trusted us to take the proper precautions as family after guidelines were given. This was great and let me know that they cater to each individual family’s needs.
