Since my initial review the issue has been handled. Emily goes out of her way to right the situation. Dr. Morden listens and is very passionate about his work. Both have been very patient helping my son get his vision in a good place.

The doctors are amazing, but their office staff leave much to be desired. I have went to this clinic since I was a child, and continued with it because of the doctors. I have never had a good interaction with their office staff, over the phone or in person. They speak rudely, even snidely at times, which makes visits uncomfortable. I should not be nervous asking questions in a clinic setting, nor made to feel stupid for them (which has happened several times over the years now). It’s a shame.
