About Scott Eye Clinic
Scott Eye Clinic is known for its excellent doctors, particularly Dr. Scott, who has received high praise from multiple patients for his care and expertise. Many long-time patients continue to choose this clinic due to the quality of the medical staff. However, the office staff's performance has been criticized for being rude and unhelpful, creating discomfort for patients during visits. Complaints include poor communication regarding orders, a lack of assistance in urgent situations, and dismissive attitudes when patients express concerns about their eyewear. This has led some patients to consider seeking care elsewhere, despite their appreciation for the doctors. Overall, while Scott Eye Clinic offers quality medical care, the office staff's behavior significantly detracts from the patient experience.
Since my initial review the issue has been handled. Emily goes out of her way to right the situation. Dr. Morden listens and is very passionate about his work.
Both have been very patient helping my son get his vision in a good place.
The doctors are amazing, but their office staff leave much to be desired. I have went to this clinic since I was a child, and continued with it because of the doctors. I have never had a good interaction with their office staff, over the phone or in person. They speak rudely, even snidely at times, which makes visits uncomfortable. I should not be nervous asking questions in a clinic setting, nor made to feel stupid for them (which has happened several times over the years now). It’s a shame.
