Came to them after not having been to the dentist in 10 years since I was 17! I was fearful and nervous going in but not for long because these ladies make you feel SO comfortable and they truly care about you as a person. I can tell they genuinely love what they do and want to give me my best, most confident smile. What a fantastic experience with Dr Kitchens! I flew in from California, and realized I had a tooth abscessing. I called Dr Kitchens at the last minute but he was great calling in antibiotics for me to start right then, then setting an appointment up for the next day. After X-rays it was determined the tooth would need extracting. No surprise to me because it was a 61 year old baby tooth that I had been having trouble with for awhile. Dr Kitchens agreed to allow me to keep the tooth in for the weekend wedding I was attending, but came in early Monday morning to work me in for the extraction. I was on my way by 8a. This is a business that really cares about its clients. I told the staff I was having difficulty climbing the stairs to enter the building and came back for my next cleaning and the owner had a ramp built. I was almost in tears. Thank you for making the world a little more accessible. The staff also always does a great job cleaning my teeth. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
