Great place to train and meet amazing people! Classes are fun and very informative. Kyle is a fantastic instructor that can help any skill or fitness level learn self defense concepts that will improve fitness and build confidence.
Kyle is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and is amazing with kids. I cannot overstate just how qualified he is and how confident I am in his ability to teach my son. Wish I could give him more stars!
This was so informative and useful! It really makes you start really paying attention in places like Walmart parking lots and gas stations. There's jackals everywhere, ladies. Be prepared. Kyle, Kyle, and Roger were excellent at showing you what to do and giving helpful corrections while still being very encouraging. Five stars, and then some! Thank you all!
