I went to Nails by Hannah today and had a pedicure and manicure with gel polish. I called around 3 o’clock. They offered to get me in immediately but I was also told they had openings later which worked better for me. Staff was courteous and kind. The nail tech who did my nails was very nice and did a thorough, wonderful job. I would recommend going here to anyone.
Cleanliness: Salon was very clean with all new furnishings.

I used to love going here. But, After she worked on my daughter who pointed out to Hannah that she had made a mistake on her nails. And tried to look at them before they finished to correct what needed to be corrected she was yelled at in the salon in front of everyone. In my opinion, you do not treat clients this way and definitely not in front of other clients. It was poor behavior and control. This should have been handled differently. Ask the client to check her nails out and see if she likes them so we can make corrections. And do not yell at someone else's daughter period. ?

I absolutely love Hannah and all her workers :) You can tell Hannah takes her job serious. My nails are always amazing. I was there the day Katie Taylor was there and that’s not at all how that happened. Hannah tried to fix the lady’s nails and she was rude and loud and disrespectful and snooty. This woman was acting like a Karen and got up being loud saying she worked at the nuclear plant outta state and she wouldn’t ever be back.
