I had a very disappointing experience with MS Wholesale Plumbing.
I called to ask if they carried polyethylene (poly) pipe. The person who answered said he couldn’t hear me, so I spoke up to be clearer. Instead of working through it, he interrupted me, said he didn’t know what I was talking about, and then hung up before I had a chance to explain.
That’s not how you treat potential customers, especially over a simple product question.
Maybe they have enough business and don’t feel the need to handle phone inquiries professionally, but based on this experience, I won’t be giving them my business.

I was there last month. Had a problem with a leak on the shower drain on my travel trailer. When i said travel trailer the guy locked up, no parts for travel trailers or swimming pools. Went to Lowe's, got what I needed to fix it.
