I have rented from them twice, and both times I have had a fantastic experience. The woman who handles most of it all (Denise) is extremely kind and helpful. I have never had anything break and them not fix it immediately. The two properties I rented were extremely clean and well maintained. I have nothing negative to say about them!Ford Investments is completely separate and not at all connected or to be confused with Ford Property Management!
Do not get them confused with Ford Property Management! I have rented from Ford Investments for over 4 years. They have always assisted me in ANY request I have given them. I have referred many other tenants to them. They are fair, reasonable and very willing to help anyone! If I needed something repaired, they were there either that day or the next. Denise is such a wonderful lady and Mr. Ford is great also!
