I loved the experience of my facial. The girl who I did see who gave me the facial was absolutely wonderful. The woman behind the desk was not pleasant at all and made fun of the products that I use for my face but would not tell me to my face she was telling the girl that gave me the facial. I think she was the owner. She was behind the desk when you first walk in. We pay for a facial not to be made fun of for the products that we use, it’s supposed to be a learning experience, not belittled!

I called the store in a panic. I needed a gift for Christmas and they were closed...the call was forwarded to the owner and she answered. She came back to the store and opened just for me. This is awesome customer service which is sooo hard to find these days!!

Literally the nicest people ever!! They’re always so helpful and nice when I walk in. They always offer helpful advice about how to take care of my skin and answer all of my never ending questions. I called them on a Monday (they’re closed) and I was redirected to the owners phone number. She was willing to take time on her day off and help me! She got the products I needed and shipped them to me all on her own time. I really appreciate people who are willing to go above and beyond to take care of their customers. ❤️
