Not only do they harass, delete comments and then block people who are just bringing up valid concerns they also take the time out of their “busy professional” time to continue to belittle and insult their paying customers. Absolutely trash of a service. I would not recommend. Don’t trust Facebook reviews they block anyone who doesn’t leave 5/5 stars which should be illegal.

I was kinda taken aback when I came across a post regarding/including this business on Facebook where the owners displayed a complete lack of professionalism. They shamed someone for not being able to pay in full outright for lawn services, (wherein the context of it was simply the hopeful client simply inquiring about a possible payment plan, rather abashedly in fact), despite living in a wealthy neighborhood. It's completely unacceptable to behave in this manner, especially when you're representing a business. The post made me wonder if this landscape business is more interested in making money and impressing wealthy clients, rather than delivering quality work and ensuring their clients' satisfaction. It's also concerning that they don't seem to understand the importance of customer service and handling feedback in a professional and respectful manner. After seeing this behavior on social media, I wouldn't feel comfortable hiring this landscape business for my own property. I hope others will take this into consideration before deciding to work with them. A professional and respectful approach should be a top priority for any reputable landscape business.

The owner is very rude. When asked a simple yes or no question instead of answering it he snapped back with a question that was very rude. I would definitely recommend not using him.

Posted potential clients information/address on a public forum without concern for the client's privacy while being involved in immature behavior after being rude to someone asking about payment plans for lawn care once they moved into a new home. Judges people if he doesn't feel their financial status matches up to what he thinks it should be based on address.

I am appalled at the way the owner speaks to potential customers. "You moved to Skyline and can't afford to mow your lawn?" That is a direct quote!

One of the owner likes to throw tantrums and be classist when someone asks for payment plans, and in my opinion, that’s just extremely unprofessional, and I would never use them for any of their services. 1/1000
