I've needed a plumber quickly twice this year. Both times the owner was able to get to me exactly when scheduled and handle my repairs for an extremely reasonable price. When you need this type of service you are completely at the mercy of whoever you hire. Baird's Plumbing made me feel like I had a friend helping me, one who really cared that the job was done correctly and economically.
