I highly recommend Arkansas River Valley Heating and Air. I have used them multiple times over the past few years and always been very happy with their service, but today they definitely went above and beyond. They’ve had to come out to my place 3 times today…not because they weren’t fixing my problem, they had to keep cleaning up another company’s mess. Each time the young man that came out was super nice and helpful, and the third time he came, he was here for about 2 hours in the very cold weather checking and rechecking everything to make certain I would have heat. It was after 8pm when he left. Most people would have got the heat going and just left, but he was extremely thorough and stayed to make sure everything was good. I appreciate everything he did today.
I would highly recommend Arkansas River Valley heating and Air. They do a great job and their prices are fair. We had a complete heating and cooling system installed in our home a couple of years ago. We’ve only had one minor problem and within 12 hours they had it fixed. Their installers are friendly fast and do excellent work. I will never use anyone else for my heating and air service.
just prior to the July 4th weekend, our AC quit working. As soon as the new unit was available, they came out to install the unit. they were very clean, thorough and professional. as a matter of fact, I noticed my bill didn't go down after 2 months. they sent 2 techs out the next day. they confirmed my AC was working properly, but they didn't stop there. They discovered my water heater was pouring water out. I highly recommend AR River Valley!!!
