Bossman was very genuine. Technician was Fast, Professional, and friendly. Even the receptionist (scheduler) didnt seem fake. I haven't had a company that hasn't tried to take advantage in a long time. Will definitely keep them programmed in my phone.
Bigvai was incredibly nice, personable, and knowledgeable. Even though it was later in the evening, he insisted on coming to troubleshoot the A/C issue and see if he could get it working again which was incredibly appreciated. He was able to fix the issue and we were very happy with his service/help!!
BigVai came out within an hour of being contacted, being it was the weekend I was highly impressed and he worked diligently to get our unit working. I highly recommend Air Pro Heating & Cooling. Give them a call you won't regret it.
