Had an issue with scheduling the appointment and they were able to work with me. Had they not, this would’ve been a VERY frustrating day after having wrangled a cat, who then proceeded to pee all over himself. Which they cleaned up. I can’t say enough good about this experience. The bill was reasonable too. They nailed it.
Dr. Runge and her staff were so great, patient and helpful. My dog was very scared but they were understanding with him. Everything was explained thoroughly to me so I left there feeling content in how to further treat my dog at home
Vetco in Rogers, AR was open on Memorial Day morning, and I was so thankful as my dog had an ear infection that presented overnight. The veterinarian on duty was very thorough in her examination, did a cytology analysis, and clearly explained how to administer the medication she prescribed and had it ready to go home with us, with written instructions too. I was so thankful to have my dog cared for when almost every other veterinary service in NWA was closed. The next morning I had an unrelated question about something new on my dog's face, so I took a photo of it and called Vetco again.
