I had an issue with my trash can / recycling bin cabinet not closing.When I called Verser, Tom said he was booked for several days. However, later that day he called saying he had an opening now and was close by. He arrived within 10 minutes and found that the track screw was loose. He replaced it with a larger screw and was finished in 10 minutes.Thanks Tom for the quick response and your professionalism.Any future cabinet work that I need I will be calling you.Bruce
