We recently had materials delivered to the job site. Somehow it was put quite a distance from the install area on the wrong side of the house. We called Brian to explain the issue, but, we ended up leaving a message on his phone as he was busy. Well yesterday one of the delivery drivers, "Scott" showed up to move the material to the other side of the house. As impressive as that might be... from just a "message", with them coming out to move to the North side of the property, then, when Scott said " he might be able to do better even though it was tight quarters" I was utterly impressed by his ability to maneuver the 3 wheel forklift in 12' of tight space moving 14' joists...read full review

I have purchased materials from Ridout for 3 different houses and each time they have had the best stock, best turn-around time, and best customer service. Lucas and Ronnie are great salesmen. So helpful. They are my go-to for all of my remodels.

Remodeled my kitchen with Ridout cabinets. I am impressed! Very affordable and much better quality than the big chain competitors. No particle board at all. Real plywood and solid door fronts. I ordered a houseful of windows and doors as well and they all came as ordered with no mistakes. I read some of the negative reviews on here but I did not have that experience. Quinton is very knowledgeable and asks all the right questions to get you the correct order.
