My name is Shane Henderson. I have been a patient of MR Declerk for over 2 years. He goes above and beyond for myself and wife. I would wait 3 hours to see him over any other doctor in NWA. I can’t thank him enough for what he has and continues to do for myself and family.

Dr. Block was able to see me same day since my regular doctor didn’t have availability. Dr. Block and his staff were very friendly. They got me in and out in a timely manner and addressed all of my concerns. 10/10 recommend!

Waited 1.5 hours over my time without prior notice that Dr. Declerk was running behind. Dr finally comes in and at first does not even sit down to talk with me; when explaining my symptoms and belief I have a sinus infection he rolled his eyes. After a few minutes he sat, told me “sinus issues” are Covid and Covid only right now, was out of rapid Covid tests, and did what can only be described as half-a**ed look into my throat and ears.
