“It seems every time I go it’s something else. The sauna was out of order for 2 months but now it works. You get a complementary beverage and it seems they are out of prosecco a lot (you would think they would order a lot more since that’s what most people want). And now they still have no deodorant in the locker rooms. They used to be so on top of everything, not sure what’s changed but I’m not sure it’s for the better.“
