For the first time in a long time I feel like I might actually be able to be pain free. I have had a car accident and back issues from having two babies. The amount of stress I carry is ridiculous. I just kinda decided ok this is the new normal for my body. Neck and shoulders hurting all the time low back problems. I went to a chiropractor and physical therapy after the car accident and nothing helped.After this first massage I knew wow ok this is different. Will be going back this man is amazing. Truly healing hands.

Glen is awesome! He is definitely great at what he does, passionate about doing it well, and thorough. My massage was very well targeted to my pain areas and he explained things as he went so I knew what to expect. The office is very nice and clean, easy to find, and has ample parking. This was a great experience and I’ll definitely not only return for myself, but will recommend to others!

I was referred here by my PCP to try to address some neck tension/reduce the neck cracking I was doing and to check on my jaw. After one session Glen was able to work on preventing my jaw soreness/TMJ/clicking entirely.Since then we've worked together to find the right regularity of visits to address what comes up and helping me learn more techniques of body mindfulness and relaxation. Areas of my body I wasn't even aware of muscular tightness or soreness in are dealt with and the holistic approach is refreshing and makes for productive sessions. Would (& have) recommended this practitioner and business to others.
