The customer service here is unmatched! My mom had dropped off my comforter to be cleaned and they called me within 48 hours to let me know it was ready for pick up! It smelt great and was so clean. It made me so so happy! It was also reasonably priced which seems to be rareity these days. The worker was so kind and even offered some loillpops to my girls. It was great!
Kudos on turning a sorrow into a triumph!I bought a vintage jacket with buttons shapes in cicadas, which have deep meanings in my Chinese cultural background. Unfortunately, the jade buttons went missing in the dry cleaning process. Kristy, the associate at the dry cleaning was very compassionate and committed to make the best effort to help me restore the sentimental pieces! If you're searching for dry cleaners, stop searching and go here. My comforter needed to be dry cleaned badly like it was pretty much ready to go in the trash and I decided to go get it dry cleaned when I got it back. It looked brand new and my husband even thought I had bought a new one. I didn't take the pillowcases and they are way darker than the comforter, even though I throw those in the washer. Im very very pleased! I have a new baby btw thats why my comforter looked so bad...
