Very awesome group of people. I just started and love it and they have been very understanding of any challenges I have had. If you’re looking for a job, this is the place to be!

Was told I would be making 15 an hour for being the on call caregiver (there was rules to it) I followed all the rules except two clients because I was really sick bad and could hardly walk (yes I’m aware of my medical issue and taking meds to try and fix it) they call me one day to tell me they are dropping g my pay to $12 an hour all because I was sick. They do not care about there workers health they sent me a clients house where bugs where everywhere going up my leg and jumping out on to me but yet they want to pay $12 an hour. I expected the fact they were dropping my pay and I would be on probation for 90 days (still did nothing wrong but whatever) they didn’t put me on the schedule for the next day but wanted to text me on hour before a shift to ask me to work (I’m not the on call caregiver anymore) yes I quit without notice but they dropped my pay without notice and then wanted to tell me I wouldn’t have been able to pay bills even with $15 an hour and the reason they said this was because they paid for 11 hours when I should have gotten 30 because that was the rule when becoming on call caregiver. I didn’t call in that week or anything worked like I was supposed to and I only got 11 hours. How are you supposed to care for others if you can hardly walk and throwing up? (first time in the three weeks I was there) now an investigation is being opened because they don’t wanna expect the fact they screwed me over in pay and I have an emergency and need my money….I don’t recommend this place to anyone they are a joke and don’t care about their workers health

Great place to work with flexible schedules and many opportunities. Office works 24/7 to help me with any client issues or personal issues that occur in my life. Home helpers truly does do life with not only their clients but their staff too.

I went in for an interview as they stated pay range was $13/hr-$20/hr... this is innacurate. I got an email stating to ask for someone named Ali and then was told I wasn't on her interview list and got put with the hiring manager. After speaking and stating my work experience I was offered $12/hr which is $1 above minimum wage ($11/hr)

Home Helpers isn’t just a job it’s a career! I started with Home Helpers as a caregiver 5 years ago. My scheduler Laura and the owners always did their best to help me through any trails life brought me. As the years passed my job became a career and my clients became family. I am beyond greatful for the love this company has shown me along with my team, throughout the years. And I am honored to now help many other and do life with them as Laura and Home Helpers do with me!
