The doctors and employees at the Forty32 Animal Hospital are wonderful. The clinic is very clean and well equipped. Appointments are easy to make online. The doctor is an aviary veterinarian as well. Since my wife and I are parents of two parrots, the location is perfect for us. This animal hospital is highly recommended.

I brought my 8 month old Malinois here on March 19, 2024 for a spay procedure. I received a call two hours later that she had died during the procedure and was not provided an explanation of why. This was a dog who had never been sick, never had a bad day, and had a physical exam recently with no issues noted.
I did not feel great about the drop off on the day of the procedure. It was extremely chaotic and I had to repeat multiple times that she was there for a spay procedure because I was not convinced the staff knew why she was there. This was different than dropoffs I've done for other procedures because it did not feel like any information was being double checked (for example, no one double checked that I had not fed her in the last 12hrs) - they spent all of ten seconds doing intake.
When I first started going here I felt there was a good balance of quality and efficiency but that was not present the last couple of visits where things felt too rushed. Whether that was a factor in my puppy's death I will never know since I was given no information on what actually caused her death.
I feel physically ill going anywhere near this clinic. I do not recommend.

Dr. Owen and the staff here are truly amazing souls! My little Gus needed emergency surgery and they were quick to take action and care for him properly amidst having a full schedule. My Gus is now on the road to recovery and I couldn’t be more grateful for the team here at Forty32!
