Everyone at the clinic is extremely kind to Matilda, my cat! They take the time to address all of my concerns, talk me through different options for care, and work with me to find the best path forward. Matilda is an older cat I adopted after her previous owner passed. I knew very little about her medical background and Faithful Friends helped me identify some big health concerns and get them addressed immediately. A few people at the front desk recognize Matilda now and make a point to say hello to her and ask me how she’s doing, it’s a little thing but it means the world to me that Matilda is loved by her care team. Everyone I come in contact with there is phenomenal!
I can always count on the Faithful Friends team. From regular appointments to unexpected sickness or injury, I know that I will get the best possible care for my pets. I really appreciate their responsiveness whether it be on the phone, via text, or in person, as needed, depending on the situation.
I have taken my dogs to Faithful Friends for several years. The staff is friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Even though they stay very busy, I am always able to get the doggies’ appointments in a timely manner. While they are on the pricey side, the best care for my dogs is most important. They offer several services including grooming and doggie day care. Many of our friends also use Faithful Friends. I highly recommend them. Normally they have a waiting list, so it’s best to sign up as soon as you decide you want to take your animals to them!
