I can’t say enough good things about England Family Dental. From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming — they truly go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. What I appreciate most is how clearly everything is explained. I’ve needed some more involved procedures, and they always take the time to walk me through each step and answer all my questions. I even had an overnight emergency, and Mary at the front desk got me in within an hour of calling the next morning. Dr. Byrd and his dental assistant, Mandy, are such a pleasure to be around, and I’m so thankful for everything they’ve done for me. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism, warmth, and genuine care so well. Highly recommend!

Parker is a great dental hygienist. She's very thorough in her job. She's always attentive to my questions/comments/concerns.

Dr. Byrd and the staff are wonderful! Prior to being his patient, I had some very terrible experiences and you could say I have PTSD from those experiences. He and his staff have shown me such grace and patience. Never once have the caused pain or made me feel badly for my anxiety. They have been incredibly kind and understanding. His assistant, along with Dr. Byrd, is incredibly gental, making sure to communicate with you and assuring your're comfortable and ok. You will also love his staff. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with such warmness. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Byrd for all your dental needs, ESPECIALLY if you're like me and have high anxiety and reluctant due to past negative experiences.
