I cannot recommend Madison highly enough! She is incredibly talented and has a true eye for aesthetics, delivering natural, beautiful results that enhance your features without looking overdone.

I cannot recommend Emerald Aesthetics based on my experience.

During a facial, an acid treatment caused a scar on my face. While the aesthetician who performed the service is no longer there, the issue was known by the business. I was scheduled for microneedling that was supposed to help correct the scar, but after my final appointment, there was no follow-up, no meaningful check-in, and no real effort to make sure I was okay.

What made the experience even more disappointing was being passed by the owner in the hallway, who was very aware of the situation, and still feeling completely dismissed. (She didn't even look at my face/scar) I never returned.

Since then, I have been seeing plastic surgeons to determine the best course of scar removal and have spent thousands of dollars out of pocket trying to correct damage that happened during a service at Emerald Aesthetics.

This has been incredibly upsetting, emotional, and expensive. I trusted them with my face, and unfortunately, I deeply regret it. Not every experience here is reflected in the 5-star reviews, and mine is one I would not wish on anyone.

Audrey is just as amazing as the work she does! I love this place. 💜 Emerald Esthetics will always be the place that I go for some TLC.
