Our 4-year old home has had a litany of major issues since "completion". Widespread mold issues, water damage, and now large concrete boards falling from 20' heights into areas my family hangs out in. HoD offers no assistance, denies any responsibility, and instead wants to claim "that" company that built our home is no longer in business.
