I had an issue with my laptop where the charging port needed to be replaced, and I went to digital mechanix to get them to do it. Unfortunately, they were booked solid and couldn't schedule an appointment to fix it within the week, but they did sell me a cheap tool to help solve the issue myself, which I did

Great service! Staff was friendly and they were quick to replace my MacBook screen. Preston was especially helpful in retrieving work files so I could keep working while repairs were being made. 100% recommend.

Very reasonably priced, part was delayed due to supplier (not DM's fault) however Preston expressed that the suppliers mistake was unacceptable and apologized. Once the part came in they repaired my laptop switfly and seamlessly! Reception was also very kind and friendly. Will continue to use DM if another problem occurs on any device!
