I rented an apartment from October 2020 to January 2025 and really enjoyed my time there. I’m giving the experience 4 stars instead of 5 because the person who was originally in charge of managing the property was hard to deal with quite frankly. Hardly ever responded, I would have to send texts and emails just to see if my maintenance request was received, and they would drag their feet about getting anything fixed. Even when my apartment got broken into by another tenant, they dragged their feet about repairing the hole in my ceiling from the tenant breaking through it (but that’s for another day). Not sure why there are awful reviews here. I have rented from crye-leike for a little over a year now and have only had good experiences with them. Would definitely rent from them again if I ever move. I feel like only people who have had bad experiences are writing reviews here. Brian and his staff have taken great care of me and my roommate as tenants.

Most unprofessional manager name Brian they said they would do what we asked then after we gave them money they did not do what they said they would. I started asking questions an he got a attitude and said it will go back on the market then started saying stuff about our credit and that we want stuff for nothing he has been in the business for 17 years. Well he needs to learn about customer service.
