Highly recommend Heisy!! She does great on blondes, plus she’s the sweetest. She completely matched my vision of what I wanted just by looking at the picture. I’ve already booked her for my next appointment:)

I’ve been going to Bloom for 6 years and counting and Brittni is an absolute genius and literally the best. And only hires and trains the best ❤️ I get compliments on my blonde color all the time ☺️
