Ryleigh did a great job cutting my hair. The whole experience felt very luxurious. Beautiful and clean facilities. Friendly staff. Very relaxing environment. Scalp massage during wash, warm towel around my neck, calming blow dry and she was willing to style it. Very attentive to details. I was expecting to pay twice what it cost once I got to the register! Very pleased.

When I first starting going to Rex, where my hair was and what I wanted seemed impossible. Rex took the time to explain the process and timeline and what it would take to do it in a healthy way. He was very clear that it would take time because he did not want to destroy my hair in the process. Flash forward a year and I cannot express how happy I am with my color and style! I get so many compliments from not just friends, but total strangers! I am so happy to be working with Rex and the team at Capitol - they are incredible!
