“I’ve gone in twice, the first time to get a haircut and the second to get my hair toned and both times they’ve done an amazing job! Heather is my usual stylist but both ladies are so sweet and kind. My hair is so shiny and soft now and the color is beautiful. My only regret is not coming to them sooner. “I can not say enough great things about this location SPECIFICALLY. I intentionally commute 30 additional minutes just for this location because of the staff. They're always friendly, they're quick and efficient when it comes to getting beds or services that I use prepared, there's been days I walked in and probably three or four new customers in line that have absolutely no account profiles and there's less than a 10 minute wait, with getting them set up properly educating them on the services, products and beds that would work best for them and then logging me in to tan. With it being located across from the University and no that these young ladies don't have the idea of it being their "forever career", being a biased customer if I could keep them there forever or at least until I relocate that would be my option, I've been to all PBT locations within the NWA area again placing emphasis on why I go out of my way to frequent this one. Every single young lady that works on there it is absolutely amazing. Thank you for providing the best experience to not only myself but hundreds of others over the years of me being a client.
