“I noticed a decent leak under my (very) old water heater and called several plumbers in the area around noon on a Monday. Obviously this was a last minute/urgent type of call so I didn't expect most of these businesses to be available at such short notice.Dave answered on my first call and when I explained my problem he said he would swing by to check it out that day. I was relieved that someone could at least come out but Dave and his son didn't stop at just swinging by to check.They came out to the house within an hour of me calling, got everything measured, ran to the shop and came back with a brand new unit/new fittings, swapped it all out and I was up and running.Dave and his son did all of this in the same afternoon that I called them and charged me very fairly for the quality work. I told them I wanted a new unit and they replaced mine with exactly what I needed. They didn't try to sell me anything excessive and didn't drag any of the work out. They even ran into a small barrier (literally) that posed an issue in getting the units in and out but they resolved it quickly and effectively.I am extremely grateful for Dave's prompt response and quality/honest work. I would not hesitate to use his services again for any future plumbing needs.“
